A: Christmas Decor of Oakville has had the pleasure of decorating homes of all shapes and sizes for Christmas since 1998.

Q: Over the years, how many homes have you decorated and in what areas do you service?
A: Since starting our business, Christmas Decor of Oakville has created colourful and festive decorations for the Holidays for more than 500 homes in and around the Oakville area.

Q: How much will it cost to have our Christmas lights installed and taken down?
A: Since each home is unique and each client has their own personal tastes, each Christmas Decor home decoration project is customized for the particular property. At Christmas Decor of Oakville, we offer a number of decorating options for our clients to fit every budget.

Q: Do we rent the decorations or do we own them?
A: Christmas Decor of Oakville’s Service One program will ensure that you are never stuck with old, worn out or faulty Christmas lights again! With our unique program, all our Christmas decorations are changed when it needs to be, which also offers you the flexibility to add a new colour scheme whenever you desire a new look.

Q: Can you install and store Christmas decorations that I have already purchased?
A: No. Christmas Decor of Oakville cannot provide a warranty or guarantee workmanship on any lights or decorations that we do not supply.

Q: Is there a difference between the type of lights you install and what I might buy at my local store?
A: Yes. All our Christmas lights and decorations are manufactured to our exact specifications, including longer-life bulbs and lush and fuller greenery. We also use only CSA and UL-rated outdoor extension cords and a variety of property-friendly installation accessories. We stand by the outstanding quality of all our Christmas lights and home decorations.

Q: Is there a cost involved to store our decorations for next year?
A: The Christmas Decor of Oakville program is all-inclusive. There are no additional or hidden costs to have a beautifully decorated home for the holidays, year after year.

Q: Will we also need to hire an electrician?
A: With most of Christmas Decor of Oakville’s home decoration packages, an electrician is not required. In some cases, for more elaborate set-ups, additional power sources may be required.

Q: Do we need to be home for the installation?
A: No. Not for our outdoor Christmas decorating projects. Our highly trained and efficient installation crew can complete your installation while you are away from home.

Q: What other decorations do you have?
A: Christmas Décor can provide lush wreaths, pre-lit garland, and bows of various sizes. If there is something else that you want, we would be more than happy to get it for you.

Q: Are all the lights on timers?
A: Yes. All of our custom packages include timers that allow you to specify the times that you want your home lit which will help save you money on your electricity bill.

Q: Do you provide a warranty in case some of the lights installed are faulty?
A: All Christmas Decor of Oakville Service One packages include ongoing maintenance on all the lights and decorations we install. We also include proactive maintenance visits throughout the Holiday season for all our clients to ensure your decorations look perfect from initial installation to final take down.

Q: Who do we contact for service should there be an issue with our decorations?
A: For all Christmas Decor of Oakville clients, you will be provided with contact information for a service representative. We also provide proactive service calls throughout the Christmas season.

Q: Do you carry liability insurance?
A: Yes. All employees of Christmas Decor of Oakville are trained and insured professionals.

Q: Can we pick the date and time to have our decorations taken down?
A: Absolutely! Our goal at Christmas Decor of Oakville is to make the whole process as convenient and unobtrusive as possible for all our clients.

Q: How far in advance do we have to book your services?
A: Due to the fact that the Christmas decorating season is somewhat short, booking your appointment with as much lead time as possible is appreciated. Our schedule tends to fill up as early as mid-November.
